Something Dark and Gritty, Iimz said. ...well there it is. Our announcement of our interest in SWTOR. And you guessed it, we will be evil!!

And with our announcement, we will be having a contest for our members:
Take the Sith Code, and make it ours. We want to some kind of mantra to describe the great force of Dusk till Dawn. This will likely be used in recruitment and for publicity. Good luck to you all!

So after much soul searching, and the lack of better MMOs, a group of DtD members are now playing Champions Online.

I know what you're thinking, "Champions was that fail game that failed", and I would for the most part have to agree with you. Champions was terrible in beta and fell flat on its face on release. But it just goes to show you that you can't judge an MMO by the first few months of its life.

BUT, after a year of release time, I dared to try again. And, I was pleasantly surprised. Ok, I was more than surprised, I was freaking BLOWN AWAY Champions is light years ahead of what it was. With a extraordinary character creator, a skill system to rival any pen and paper game, and a fun and fast paced PvP setup, Champions makes almost all the other MMOs on the market look unimaginative.

If you are interested in playing Champions, its only $20 on steam and a 3 month sub is only another $30 bucks. We currently have a majority of the guild playing the game, and I'd have a hard time finding someone playing the game who doesn't fully enjoy it.

So, here is the deal. Each copy will have its own way of "earning" it. So here are the rules:

1. Be friendly and help each other out if you can. Even though there are only 4 copies, it always looks better when you help your buddy out, even if it means losing out on a copy. Plus who knows maybe someone will see that and reward you for it.

2. The person who completes the task / gets voted as the best, will recieve the copy. (NOTE - All voting will be done by: Agoni, Iimz, Lyttlejohn, and myself).

3. Aw heck, just have fun. This is only meant to get your brains working and to help out the guild / community.

Now for the tasks at hand.

Copy one:

Create a Battlefield Bad Company 2 guild Banner and a server description. Server desription needs to have rules and be brief. Rule include spawn camping, bunny hopping, ect.

Banners need to be 512 x 64 and be in a *.png format.
The best one created will recieve the copy. Please post all entries in the following forum:

Will be given out at random. I will just pick someone out at random at any point in time. Therefore the more that you are on, the better chance you have at winning it.

On Saturday March 20 (at 3 PM EST), we will be holding a small Contest for our beloved guild! The rules are simple: Make Gremlyn Laugh! You can tell a simple one liner or a funny story that happened to you.

The person who tell me the FUNNIEST joke gets a 30 Day Game Card (GA, WoW, or SecondLife if you are that sad) from good old Gremlyn!

The Contest ends at 5 PM EST on Saturday March 20, so come early and make me giggle!

We will be honoring a few DtD members who have represented the guild in an outstanding fashion. All members, both GA playing and Non-GA playing are encouraged to attend.

There will be Cake served and many a folks will be singing to Santanico himself!
