Good news for all the potential GA noobs and casuals out there – yesterday Todd from Hi-Rez announced the pricing structure for Global Agenda. It includes a noob-friendly free-to-play option for peeps on a budget who want to have fun in Global Agenda, but don’t want to subscribe to the full MMO. This is a really cool bonus idea from Hi-Rez in our opinion – in this age of recession, it’s great to give noobs a free option to rock their PvP without emptying their wallets. It’s also a great teaser for the game – if people try it and they like it, they can always opt to start paying a monthly fee and go all the way.

For our own hardcore selves of course, the price is normal (actually quite good!) for MMOs and includes all the awesome game features: the large-scale PvP Agency on Agency campaign plus the whole kit & kaboodle including crafting, alliances, full agency and character progression, Agency achievement system with leveling and recognition, customizable Agency facility (base) creation & upgrades, all the unlocks and epic gears and dyes, AH, mail, and much more.

The subscription-free stuff will cater to more casual type folks. If they want to play Global Agenda as a casual multi-player for-fun shooter, all they gotta do is buy the box and they are ready to rock. There will be no subscription fees at all, kind of a la Guild Wars.
